We often default to negative thoughts and stories that do not serve our lives, so in order to have our positive thinking align with our positive feeling, it takes daily and consistent training of the mind with thought awareness, stopping the negative thought, and then telling a story that serves
When we keep observing the same situation in our lives, we keep perpetuating the same experience in our lives, so in order to make positive change, we have to think of the desired future even if our current situation is undesirable.
All of our power is in this present moment, but often many of us are challenged to live in the power of now because our minds are habitually defaulting to the past or future, so I devised a tool to help train and bring our minds back to the present
