When we keep observing the same situation in our lives, we keep perpetuating the same experience in our lives, so in order to make positive change, we have to think of the desired future even if our current situation is undesirable.

When we tap into the Universal forces of infinite wisdom and power of God, we are letting things happen in our lives vs. making things happen. When we allow and let things in, it is far more powerful than making things happen, which is trying to control and manipulate people
While there is great pain when we feel betrayed by family and friends, the greatest one is when we betray ourselves by not honoring our self worth and our own inner truth

I get negative emotional reactions over even small things about people and situations are rooted in bigger emotional triggers from my past, so emotional resolution is a modality to heal your present emotional triggers, which then heals the bigger emotional trigger from the past.
I realized that when I judged others as having low self worth, I was really judging my own self worth issues I had for many years, so when we judge others, we are really judging ourselves.
