These Zen Moments -- snippets of peace, quiet and stillness -- help me get through a busy and stressful life. So, here, I share with you my Zen Moments that bring calm to my mind and happy to my soul. It is in these precious moments where I can be in touch with myself and appreciate my life with all of its blessings. And in this perfect stillness, I can also find the most inspiration to fulfill my life's purpose, promoting healthy & happy living.
