Moon’s Healthy Journey…
Dried Pollack Fish Soup. While we didn’t grow up eating a lot of meat, my mom loved fish, so we ate it in many forms: fresh, dried, brined, and in stews and soups. Asians love dried fish, and one of my favorite fish soups is made with dried pollack fish which is re-constituted in water, and then turned into soup with turnip, bean sprouts, and beaten eggs. I often add brown rice in this soup, and it is not only light, delicious and healthy, but it truly warms my soul. I make it for myself now and eat it all the time.
Pollack fish is dried and it looks like this!
