Moon’s Healthy Journey…
As we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so breakfast peace is the most important time for me. When the weather starts to get warm, I love to have breakfast in my garden patio. Here, I have my favorite blueberry bagel (yum!!) with light cream cheese, along with some fresh fruit and a cup of joe.
By being outdoors with plants and flowers — wonderful gifts from Mother Nature — I find myself in a peaceful place, which helps me get through a hectic day. Even if I spend only 15 minutes having breakfast on the patio, it has such a positive and lasting effect on my mind and soul. And when my mind and soul are peaceful, I feel healthy and am happy.
So find a way to make your breakfast time your healthy zen moment, and being outdoors with nature is a wonderful place to start!
