I tend to like salty foods, which is due to eating mostly Korean food growing up. While I still love Korean cuisine, it has high salt content. Sometimes I find myself adding extra unnecessary salt to both non-Asian and Asian dishes — not good for the blood pressure. Otherwise, Korean food is so healthy without all the salt.
So, if you eat Korean food, remember, there is high salt content in general. If you cook it, just reduce the salt. Sometimes, I feel like I have to check myself into salt addiction rehab!
