INGREDIENTS:
- String Beans (12 oz)
- Eggplant (2 skinny ones or 1 large one)
- Red Bell Pepper (1)
- Garlic (4-6 cloves)
- Tofu (hard, 1 cake)
Sauce:
- Sesame Oil: (4 tablespoon)
- Red Pepper Paste (2 tablespoon)
- Chili Garlic Sauce (2 tablespoon)
- Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)

Vegetarian, and Chinese cooking are my favorites, and the fact you have great videos, you make it so much fun to try your vegetables. I can’t wait to try your recipe for Spicy string beans, with eggplant, red bell pepper, garlic, soy, and sauces.
