Tapenades are one of my favorite foods because it is light, healthy and versatile — you can place it on bread or seafood or even meats. I made my own version of tapenade using green and black olives, along with artichokes, cilantro, garlic, lemon, anchovy and prunes.
INGREDIENTS:

• Black and Green Olives
• Marinated Artichokes
• Cilantro
• Garlic
• Lemon
• Anchovy
• Dried Prunes
• Pepper
