Hello Moon,
Thank you for the delicious recipe, I couldn’t help but reach out when I heard you say you had gut issues several times. I believe the gut is the mirror to our health and well being. I wanted to offer to direct you to Puradyme Company so that you might consider using their enzymes and probiotics ( I think the best source in the world) It has helped many many people recover their health. I can promise you I am not affiliated with the company in any way. You just seem like such a lovely woman and i wish for you to have total body health. I am 57 yrs and use then and love them. Also add raw living foods in when you can…it will really help Blessings and thanks for all you do. Love watching Al the best, Geri

Thank you so much for this tip. Yes, I have taken certain pro-biotics and enzymes myself, and sometimes they work, and sometimes they become more harmful, but I will not know unless I try the product, so thank you for the tip. With meditation and diet, I have been able to get my gut stable, but I am always mindful of what I eat. I do a lot of raw juicing and smoothies myself, almost every day and this has also helped. Again, many thanks for your concern, I truly appreciate it!

I love basil, garlic, chick peas, and lemon. Can’t wait to make this and try it on different things like salmon and chicken which I eat very often. Thank you so much for a great recipe. God bless you.

Good question. I would try the same recipe without the nuts. I think the chick peas can suffice. Let me know how it came out for you.
