Korean “ChaChang Myun” Noodles have become so popular in the West, so, in this video, I show you my vegetarian version. Potatoes, onions, carrots, and zucchini are simmered cooked in a savory black bean paste, which is then placed over delicious Asian noodles. A really complete meal your whole family will love!
Ingredients:
Asian Wheat Noodles (8-10 ounces)
Sauce:
- Black Bean Paste (8 tablespoons)
- Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Dark Brown Sugar (3 tablespoons)
- Water (2-3 cups depending on how big your vegetables are)
- Cornstarch (2 tablespoons dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water)
Veggies:
- Potato (1 diced)
- Zucchini (1 diced)
- Carrot (1, diced)
- Onion (1 diced)
