My favorite sushi rolls are these California rolls with avocado, crab meat and cucumber. I can eat these endlessly!
Ingredients:
- Short Grained Sticky White (2 cups) with 2.5 cups of water
- Seaweed Sheets
- Crab Cakes
- Cucumber (1, julienned)
- Avocado (2)
- Sesame Seeds
Sushi Vinegar:
- Rice Vinegar (3 tablespoons)
- Sugar (1 teaspoons)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
