As part of gut healthy foods, fermented miso is one of my favorites ingredients to use in many recipes, so I share with you my vegan baby bak choy with carrot steam cooked in a miso sesame garlic dressing.
INGREDIENTS:
- Baby Bak Choy (2 lbs.)
- Carrot (3 stalks)
- Scallion (3 stalks)
- Garlic (3 cloves)
- Miso (3 tablespoons)
- Sesame Oil (3 tablespoons)
- Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Water (1/3 of cup)
