Ingredients:

• Soft Tofu (2 cakes)
• Dried Shredded Coconut (1 bag)
• Eggs or Egg Substitute if you’re vegetarian (beaten)
• All Purpose Flour
• Salt
• High Temperature Vegetable Oil like Canola or Safflower or Sunflower

Sauce:

• Light Brown Sugar or White Sugar (1 cup)
• White Vinegar (1 cup)
• Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
• Red Hot Chili Pepper (1 small)
• Peanuts
