To battle cold or flu or just to stay warm in the winter, I drink this Cinnamon Ginger Date tea as a natural cold remedy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh Ginger
  • Dried Dates
  • Cinnamon Sticks
  • Lemon
  • Honey
  • Pine Nuts

    I really love this tea recipe. I’ve been using this throughout the Colorado winters to stay off any sore throat’s or cold or flu’s. It’s very alkalizing and as an anti-inflammatory,which is so good for the body. I look forward to looking at some of your recipes again and will consider the jewelry andthe Mantras, which would be very special for me.

    Dear Moon, Do you still drink coffee? Do you have any tips on how to quit caffeine and break the addiction? I hope you feel better soon.

      Hello Anna! I rarely drink coffee because of the high caffeine, so I drink green (low caffeine) tea or herbal tea. Wow, that’s a good question. Have you tried green tea or are you looking to quit caffeine altogether? The way I deal with any addiction is to train my mind and keep myself super busy for distraction.
