Baby Bak Choy Steam Cooked in Miso Sesame Garlic Dressing

As part of gut healthy foods, fermented miso is one of my favorites ingredients to use in many recipes, so I share with you my vegan baby bak choy with carrot steam cooked in a miso sesame garlic dressing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Baby Bak Choy (2 lbs.)
  • Carrot (3 stalks)
  • Scallion (3 stalks)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Miso (3 tablespoons)
  • Sesame Oil (3 tablespoons)
  • Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Water (1/3 of cup)
